LiftMaster 892LT is a 2-button remote control that is compatible with the newer MyQ technology, Security+ 2.0 technology, the Security+ 390MHz and 315MHz technology, the code switch 390MHz and 315MHz technology as well as the new digital encrypted code switch technology. Each button of the remote can be independently programmed to any of the technology modes that it is compatible with as well as learn the signal from any of the compatible code switch type remotes. This makes the 892LT remote much more flexible when needing to operate different formats of door or gate openers. The most common application for the 892LT remote is for used to control compatible community gates and individual garage door openers. Having the ability to be compatible with such a variation of LiftMaster technologies and operating frequencies help to eliminate the need to have multiple remote controls in the vehicle. The LiftMaster 892LT remote control can activate up to two gate, garage or commercial door openers. This 892LT remote can be used to replace the discontinued 62LM, 63LM, 972LM, 973LM, 974LM, 372LM and 374LM remote controls. This remote is new in the box and comes with the visor clip, battery installed and programming instructions.
