PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY POLICIES PRODUCT WARRANTY: All items sold by Remotes4Less are brand new and are sold with the full manufacturers warranty unless otherwise stipulated. The product warranty may vary for some items but are typically one-year from date of purchase. We will repair or replace any product sold by us which proves to be defective according to the stated manufacturer's warranty. The consumer is responsible for any shipping costs involved in returning the product to us for repair or replacement. PLEASE NOTE: The manufacturer's warranty does not cover any product or part which has been subject to misuse, abuse, modification, negligence or accident, nor does it cover any product which is used for any purposes other than for which it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer's product information literature. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Remotes4Less guarantees your satisfaction on all orders placed with us. If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us together with a copy of your invoice with shipping charges prepaid, for an exchange, full refund or credit of your purchase price. There is no restocking charge! Any shipping charges and/or handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. To request a return authorization beyond the 30 day period, please fill out the RMA form on our website or contact customer service. PLEASE NOTE: Returned merchandise must be in new condition including all original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been misused or altered, if any parts and or accessories are missing, or if the product literature is not included. HOW TO RETURN ITEMS TO US FOR EXCHANGE, CREDIT, OR REFUND: At Remotes4Less we want you to be comfortable buying from us, and that includes making it easy for you to return a product to us, for any reason. We simply request that you follow the following procedure: PLEASE NOTE: For your protection, please send your returns prepaid via standard UPS or any other delivery service which provides tracking information. USPS does offer a tracking method of shipment provided it is requested at the time of shipment. We can not guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-tracking method.
We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your package and promptly ship a replacement for any product returned for exchange, issue a credit or process a refund if requested. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed. PLEASE NOTE: Please allow 30 days for exchange products to arrive, credits to be issued or refunds to be processed. Refunds on credit cards may take an additional 30 to 60 days to appear on your statement. |
